2009 GDCA Yearbook Submission

The deadline is September 30, 2010* to be included! NO EXCEPTIONS.

Dear fellow members:

This letter is a reminder to all of those GDCA members and Affiliate Club members who have obtained titles (champion or companion events) and health certificates (two total, 1 from 2009) for the calendar year 2009. It is time to make your submissions NOW*.

I would like to bring it to your attention that the 2009 Yearbook Submission Form is now on the GDCA website and all members can submit their ads on-line. Both on-line and mail-in pages are available below with instructions.

We would prefer you make your submissions on-line, but you can still mail all of your information to me at the address noted below.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Please include all of the information requested on either the online submission form or the mail-in form. Be aware that any submissions that cannot be verified on the online websites of AKC or OFA will require further documentation from the owner to meet the requirements for an advertisement.

If you would like to advertise in the 2009 GDCA Yearbook, there are two ways you can do this:

You can submit your Free Member ad online including the coinciding picture.
You can print the member order form", fill it out and mail it along with the coinciding picture.

You can submit your "Affilate Club ad online" including the coinciding logo picture.

If you would like to pre-purchase a Yearbook without submitting an ad, order from the online store HERE or print this order form, fill it out and mail it to the address on the form.

If you need to submit hard copy documents or pictures, please send $5 for picture return postage and paperwork to:

Note: Picture files submitted should be at least 5" x 7", scanned at 300 dpi. Please do not crop the photos. Cropping will be done by the Yearbook Committee.
